The week starts at 6 pm on Saturday and it ends at 10 am of the following Saturday.
 
Small domestic animals are admitted under your protection and your responsibility; animals are not admitted in bedrooms and divan beds. Animals’ owners have to take care that the animals do not disturb the peace of the structure. If needed, we will suggest you reliable persons for dog-sitting.
At the end of your stay you will be requested to pay 50 Euros, because the rooms will be subjected to a particular sanitizing treatment.

The apartment is in Marina di Ragusa at 300 mt near the sea, it is on the first floor and it has three bedrooms (double bed/double room) and two bathrooms with shower, but its strength points are a big and very bright kitchen living room and a big covered veranda with two balconies.
 In spring 2009 the apartment, equipped with air conditioning (two independent machines), was renovated completely and furnished with stylish details paying attention to every details aiming at creating a comfortable, solar and practical place to give you the possibility to spend a quiet holiday.
 
The apartment is near the big supermarket Di Meglio and you can reach the centre of Marina also by feet or by bicycle.
 
In the last four years during which we ran il giardino dei girasoli we gained experience in reception and hospitality: you will enjoy every positive comfort our client indicated to us, our clients’ suggestions have always been precious to us; therefore, you will find a fully furnished kitchen to cook, the equipments to spread out and iron linen, hairdryers, a colour television.
The flat is equipped with linen that will be changed during the week of your stay, the initial and final cleaning is at your charge and we give you a forfeit of water and gas consumptions up to 50 KW per week. The tariff of the garage is included in the price!
The six-bed apartment can reach 8 beds because in the big living room kitchen there is a comfortable double divan bed.
