The Holiday Homes Il Giardino dei Girasoli (Municipal Authorization 167 of 1/4/2009) are located in Puntadi Mola in Marina di Ragusa (Sicily) whose beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag; close to the pedestrian promenade and the cycle path, we are 300 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the Tourist Port. The closest sandy beaches are 800 meters away.
We offer you two types:
- Holiday home on the ground floor with a furnished veranda in order to have lunch and dinner even outdoors under a wooden coolhouse (from 2 to 4 beds) The two-room apartments consist of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a comfortable anteroom and a kitchen-living room, complete with gas hob, oven, fridge and freezer. In the kitchen-living room there is a sofa bed served by a wardrobe.
- Attics with large terrace ideal for 4 people (up to 6 beds). On the third floor with a cool veranda covered by a wooden canopy, and furnished to allow you to dine outdoors. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, complete with gas hob, fridge and freezer: here we have a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower. The apartments are newly built, treated personally in all details to offer our customers maximum comfort and relaxation.All apartments are air conditioned, the structure is equipped with photovoltaic panels and solar thermal boiler, as well as a series of measures for energy saving and respect for the environment thanks to this enjoys the ISO 14001 environmental certification issued by Rina.
To offer you moments of cool relaxation, a lovely swimming pool immersed in the green of the English lawn furnished with deckchairs, tables and chairs to make you spend hours in total serenity.

Marina di Ragusa is a few kilometers from Ragusa Ibla, a Unesco heritage site, which boasts 18 monuments declared world heritage sites, 30 km from Modica, 70 km from Noto and all the places of the TV series “Commissario Montalbano”
