The mansards are on the last floor of the building and from them you can enjoy a wonderful sea view on the lighthouse of Punta Secca and Ragusa’s countryside
The flats have 2 rooms with double bed/ double rooms, kitchen living room with a double divan bed and a bathroom with shower.
In every flat there is air conditioning.
The mansards have a wide veranda that is furnished with garden decoration and equipped with a wash-house.
Every flat is equipped with air conditioning, television, fridge, hairdryer, kitchenware, cooking set, linen and bed linen (changed weekly). Moreover, it is possible to rent bicycles, deckchairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels.
