The touristic village Kastalia is made up by the Hotel Kastalia, the Residence, the time-share holiday houses and owners of small villas who decided to buy a house in this wonderful corner of green and blue nature view.
For a long time the owners of Il Giardino dei Girasoli have had two wonderful apartments in the most beautiful place of Kastalia’s village, now they have decided to share this experience with their guests. There is a unique charming sea view, a wonderful country panorama and the green nature of the Ippari’s valley, near the Reserve of Pino d’Aleppo. From the veranda you can enjoy a breath-taking sunset and in the night the Mediterranean coast is lightened by the villages and towns in the neighbourhoods.
From the Kastalia’s Village you can reach easily Scoglitti, the archaeological site of Kamarina, Punta secca and Punta Braccetto, the natural reserve of Randello, Ragusa, Marina di Ragusa, the Donnafugata’s Castle and the Val di Noto.
The structure is equipped to meet all your needs, from the kit che tools to hairdryer, iron and drying rack. The linen for bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen is supplied and changed once a week. Water and gas consumption are free of charge and the electric energy up to 50 K/W per week is included in the price.
In the apartments there are air conditioning, a 21” television; the flats have an entrance with kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, one double room, one triple room, bathroom and veranda; the flats are equipped with all the necessary fittings for your holidays;
The guests will receive the club card included in the price, the card-holders can have access to the Olympic swimming-pool, to the equipped beach, to the shows and the entertainment activities of the Kastalia’s touristic village and the Village’s sport facilities.
